Sometimes we go through situations in which we are so focused on the problem that it can cause us to not be able to function effectively. It can cause us to lose our joy, peace, and motivation to continue to reach our goals. There will be times when God specifically tells us to do something and we are faced with a “roadblock”. Even when we are at this “roadblock” we have to remain committed to His direction. While in a current situation, God gave me the insight to pray for the person and not give so much attention to the problem. I encourage you to do the same, start praying for the person. It will be life-changing and watch what God will do!
“For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives.” (Colossians 1:9 NIV)
