When we hear the words “They Said…,” our typical first response is “Who said…?” Yet, nobody actually knows who the “they” are that’s being referred to in the conversation. Breaking down the “THEY” and “WHO” at the Who Said workshop, allowed us to see these words in a different way when someone comes to us with words that do not align with who we are.
