As far as anyone knows, you’re perfectly fine, but no one can see the pain you’re really feeling.

Have you ever heard the expression, “I love you to death”? I know that phrase all too well, as I was just about loved to death myself. I’ve been stabbed, shot at, and have come dangerously close to taking my own life. 

The Love Yourself to Live Movement was born out of my own personal struggles. I used to let other people define who I was, what I was worth, and how I lived. I felt like a doormat: helpless, hopeless, and powerless. 

I found myself in a series of abusive relationships, and the traumas just kept piling up. I endured threats, beatings, and felt so helpless that I even attempted to take my own life.

But I’m still here today as a witness to the transformation that is possible. I know firsthand how it feels to lose your power, but I also know that it is possible to get it back and use it to create a life you love, on your own terms. That’s what Love Yourself To Life is all about: guiding others to reclaim their power, heal from their traumas, and create the life they truly deserve.
