master/teacher transformational and healing arts life coach, artist, and aromatherapist. She is
the owner of Black Girls Keto Too, a group of 44K black women on their keto journeys.
She finds joy in working with women of color to help them transform their lives by uncovering
limiting beliefs and stories that they carry that keeps them stuck in negative thought patterns.
She helps them to create new and powerful stories that change how they see themselves which
transforms their lives and the world around them. Wendy loves spending time with friends and
family, creating beautiful art, and spending time at her favorite place, the beach.
