How much time do you spend taking care of your family, friends, business aspirations, and professional goals? I would guess that the total number is greater than the amount of time spent taking care of your needs.
The Always Wear Your Tiara event reminds women of the importance of not forgetting to Love Themselves to LIFE! While it is important to take care of others, have visions and goals, it is also very important to focus on self. It is absolutely ok to take time out for yourself for refreshing moments. You need those moments in order to effectively serve others with your gift.
